TYPED SIGNATURE – typed name of the sender (is legible)
POSITION/TITLE-sender’s position in the company; his title
SUBJECT LINE – purpose of the letter (zadeva)
PER PRO – the letter is signed on behalf of somebody else (za)
MAIN PARAGRAPH – main point of the letter
SALUTATION – initial greeting (Dear Sirs)
RECIPIENT’S ADDRESS – receiver’s (addressee’s) address
COMPLIMENTARY CLOSE – final greeting (Yours truly)
SIGNATURE – sender’s signature: states responsibility for the letter
ATTENTION LINE – for whom exactly the letter is (when sent to a company)
(BLIND) CARBON COPIES – when the letter is sent to more than one recipient (v vednost)
LETTERHEAD – a printed heading giving address, date
INTRODUCTORY PARAGRAPH – first paragraph; introduces the content
SENDER’S ADDRESS – who the letter is sent by
ENCLOSURES – documents attached (added) to the letter
IDENTIFICATION LINE – who the letter was typed by; responsibility for errors
